Online Store

Online store must have the shopping cart and payment function. Preferred customer login to hk.shop.com and link to PartnerStore website for shopping, the sales transaction record with Preferred customer member ID will be tracked by transaction tracking system. Market Hong Kong will receive the transaction report directly.

Walk-in Store

Preferred customer who purchase in below types of walk-in store will need to show the privilege e-card. PartnerStore have to scan the QR code of privilege e-card and input the sales transaction record by using the hk.shop.com Merchant App.

Below types of stores will be the walk-in store in Market Hong Kong

• Physical retail stores
• Internet Stores without transaction tracking, e.g. Purchase through Facebook Fan Page, Whatsapp, telephone or email. * Preferred customer will provide the privilege e-card copy when place the order. When Preferred customer paid and PartnerStore confirm the order, please input the sales transaction record by using the hk.shop.com Merchant App.
