Shipping Information

Products purchased through the Site are covered by each Merchant's individual Policy. The Shipping Policies for OneCart® Merchants are available on the Merchant’s store page from the “Store details” link. To view the Shipping Policy of a OneCart Merchant from the home page, click on the “Stores” tab, find the store name, click “Go To Store,” and click the “Store details” link. Products purchased through a link to a third party Merchant's website are covered by the Merchant's individual Shipping Policy, which is available on the Merchant's Web site. Standard Shipping Policy

• To be eligible for free basic shipping, orders must contain at least HK$1,300.00 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied to the order (excluding taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than HK$1,300.00 of eligible products are eligible for HK$36.00 basic shipping.
• The delivery time is fixed for Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Outlying Islands; Basic Shipping: 09:00 – 16:00.
• The Logistics staff will arrange a delivery appointment within 2-4 working days.
• Additional Shipping Charges – The following locations will incur an additional shipping fee of HK$100. Any special shipping fees will be paid by the Preferred Customer to the following destinations:

  • Tong Fuk
  • Tai O/Ngong Ping
  • Cheung Sha
  • Pui O
  • Mui Wo
  • Peng Chau
  • Cheung Chau
• All non-eligible items will be charged the selected shipping method fee HK$36.00 basic or HK$44.00 scheduled shipping.
• All returned deliveries due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged basic or scheduled rates if shipping is requested.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue free or flat-rate shipping at any time.
