[App Registration] Our shop started operation on July 1, 2018, and is committed to promoting the local production and dietary culture in Hong Kong. Our products are made from imported butter from New Zealand and Canadian flour. Cookies are made from nutritious dried fruits such as almonds, Hawaiian nuts, pistachios and hazelnuts, so as to enhance the nutrition and aroma of cookies. Our products are mainly baked products, including brand butterfly crisps. Almond bars, pineapple crisps, cookies, breads and cakes, etc. We also have small classes for baker's cake and cookie making classes. We hope to promote and inherit Hong Kong's local catering culture through teaching methods.
