[App Registration]Oui Chef, located in Kwai Chung, is a local brand established by three founders who own a central kitchen with a well-established facility, hygienic environment, and obtained related licences from departments of the Hong Kong government. Three founders aim to produce high quality food with Sino-western cooking skills where clients can enjoy more Chinese traditional, homemade style, ready-to-eat food in a convenient and time-saving manner. One of our founders graduated from a well-known culinary school-Le Cordon Bleu-in France. Our products, combining western traditional French cuisine techniques and traditional Hong Kong style food, create a new level of cuisine from ordinary homemade into an unforgettable flavour that is rare in Hong Kong.
