Founder Master Chan, formerly the head dim sum chef at a five-star hotel, brings over 40 years of culinary mastery to every bite. Believing in doing things the traditional way, every piece of dim sum is handmade and fresh to order, served piping hot with genuine taste and heart.
Signature favourites include the Premium Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Premium Siu Mai with Fish Roe, Xiao Long Bao with Crab Roe, and rare classics such as Crispy Taro Dumplings and Golden Silken Rolls.
