Note 1. The delivery charges only apply to address with vehicular and lift access. Otherwise additional walk-up charges will be $50 per item per floor. 2. Should your delivery not be possible as a result of us not being given the correct information, or for any reason you are unable to be present to receive the goods at the pre-arranged time and date, you will be charged for a second delivery, prior to any further attempt to deliver. 3. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. You will be contact to re-schedule a delivery appointment. Warranty It is your responsibility to open all packaging and check the condition of any goods received at the time of delivery and you, or your representative, will be requested to sign for acceptance of the goods. Any shortages or damages to the goods must be reported immediately to us. Upon received goods you are deemed to have accepted that the goods are in good condition and not faulty in anyway. All Kinderwagon stroller come with one year warranty against manufacture defects within Hong Kong. In the rare event that goods are found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Faulty goods will be replaced or repair at our sole discretion.
