In line with Hong Kong Insurance Authority guidelines, long-term insurance products (Life, ILAS, VHIS) have a 21-calendar-day cooling-off period after policy delivery or notice issuance. After which the 90–120 day verification period, including merchant review and approval of the order, will commence.
