Apple Fiber

Soy Lecithin

Barley Grass

Barley grass is a rich source of chlorophyll, which is believed to have some health-promoting functions. I have a very picky eater! She was on the white diet! Pasta, Bread, Rice..... No nutrients! I started adding this to her smoothies in the morning, to a pasta sauce on her dinner, wherever I could add in a scoop. She had no idea... Could not taste it, and got all the benefits! I recently switched from the powder to the tablets I HATE vegetables so I would only drink the powder mixed with something sweet. The tablets are way more convenient and very easy to take. These are my new favorite thing!
