Frequently Asked Questions
When is the most optimal time to take these products?
There are suggested times to take products to increase effectiveness. Core 3 Health is designed as a three-step daily system. Step 1: When you wake up, take two capfuls of Isotonix OPC-3 Powder Drink and two capfuls of Isotonix Activated B-Complex Powder Drink. Step 2: Take Prime NAD+ and an additional capful of Isotonix Activated B-Complex in the morning before lunch. Step 3: Take a capful of Isotonix OPC-3® Powder Drink before your evening meal. Each of these supplements has a specialized part to play in your body’s health. Taking them as a 1, 2, 3 system will maximize the benefits to your health.
What is the advantage to taking this trifecta of products regularly?
Making Core 3 Health part of your daily routine helps regulate your circadian rhythm. Healthy circadian rhythms promote metabolic health, may support healthy sleep and may help combat the cellular aging process.
Does Core 3 Health still work even if I work second or third shift?
Core 3 Health is designed to rebalance the circadian rhythm of the body. For the most part, circadian rhythm is affected by light and darkness. If you work during the nighttime, you will still follow a 1, 2, 3 schedule with Core 3 Health. Step 1: Take two capfuls of Isotonix OPC-3 Powder Drink and two capfuls of Isotonix Activated B-Complex Powder Drink when you wake up. Step 2: Take Prime NAD+ and one capful of Isotonix Activated B-Complex before lunch. Step 3: Take one capful of Isotonix OPC-3 Powder Drink before your evening meal.
What makes Isotonix OPC-3 Powder Drink unique?
Delivered in an isotonic state, Isotonix OPC-3 Powder Drink is easily and quickly absorbed into the bloodstream. The combination of bilberry, grape seed and red wine extracts, as well as the clinically validated pine bark extract (Pycnogenolâ†) and citrus extract bioflavonoids, provides powerful antioxidant protection. Isotonix OPC-3 Powder Drink is a vegan formula that contains the clinically studied Pycnogenol, one of the most powerful natural scavengers of free radicals, which may also support cardiovascular health, maintain healthy blood vessel dilation and help maintain joint flexibility. What makes Isotonix Activated B-Complex Powder Drink unique?
B vitamins support hundreds of bodily biochemical reactions and need to be replenished daily. Isotonix Activated B-Complex Powder Drink delivers metabolically active forms of several vitamins and minerals in isotonic form, ensuring that your body receives and uses vital nutrients quickly and efficiently. B vitamins, such as B6, B12 and folic acid, must undergo chemical changes before they can be utilized by the body. If the non-active forms are used, the body is forced to work harder to gain the full benefit of the vitamin. By utilizing both the activated form of these vitamins, as well as the superior Isotonix delivery system, Isotonix Activated B-complex Powder Drink supports your body's absorption and immediate use of beneficial ingredients. It’s both gentle on the stomach and crucial to health of the brain, our muscles, stress and energy. Learn more about Isotonix Activated B-Complex Powder Drink.
What makes Prime NAD+ unique?
NAD, a coenzyme essential for carrying out cellular and metabolic functions, supports the body’s cellular regeneration process and healthy mitochondrial metabolism. Prime NAD+ delivers 250 mg of nicotinamide riboside (NR), paired with 50 mg of pterostilbene, both of which have been scientifically shown to support NAD levels within our cells. When our DNA becomes damaged, it can deplete the cell’s NAD levels, leading to a decrease in sirtuin activity. Stockpiling a healthy savings account of NAD naturally makes it easier for our cells to detoxify and aids in preserving the integrity of our genetic blueprint for optimal health. Learn more about Prime NAD+.
Why is there sugar in Isotonix products?
The sugars found in the Isotonix line help to make the solution isotonic (similar to your body’s natural fluids). Being isotonic, it improves the delivery of nutrients to absorption sites to maximize the absorption into the bloodstream. Our unique Isotonix delivery system is designed to ensure maximum absorption, targeting aging right at its core—inside every cell and within the gut.

I am so grateful for NAD and the Core 3 Health! My naturopathic doctor recommended that I add NAD to my product regimen last May, I was reluctant to do so until Market America introduced it with all their research. I started taking the Core3 8 weeks ago and can honestly say I feel like I am turning back the clock! I have more energy than I have had in years with more activity. I know my body is rebuilding ...I am more flexible and loving my exercises! I think more activity is helping me sleep deeper...even dreaming more! I have improved mental focus and clarity more like I did when I was introduced to Market America in 1996! My stress levels have lessened and overall I am more in control of my emotions! Feeing younger gives me HOPE!
